This Dutton-Lainson worm gear winch is designed for horizontal pulling and vertical lifting. It has a 2,000 lb. capacity and a loop drive that allows the winch to be mounted out of reach and operated with a long shepherd’s hook and, if desired, with a variable-speed electric drill. The standard reel automatically stops turning whenever cranking is stopped, locking the load in place. This winch features a powder-coated finish, zinc plated TUFFPLATE® finish on hardware. It will hold up to 82′ of 7/32″ cable, up to 59′ of 1/4″ cable, or up to 49′ of 9/32″ cable (cable sizes smaller or larger than these are not recommended). Color may vary. Made in the U.S.A.
