Starbar Exhalt WDG Insect Growth Regulator is a granular insecticide that may be applied as a granular larvicide or mixed with water and sprayed as a liquid. This product contains novaluron, an insect growth regulator (IGR) that affects immature developing insects, preventing them from molting into adult forms.
